Ronda McCloud came to Sylvania last month because it hosted something for free that she would have to pay for in Statesboro. This evening, Feb. 11, at 5:30 you too can experience what McCloud is talking about. McCloud brought her sister April Nesmith to January’s Parent University session at the former PLC location on Pine Street. This month’s sessions include “Raising a Reader” with Mary Alice Sowell; “Drug Awareness -- Intro to Teen Drug Trends” with Tony Taylor; and “Family Fun Time” with Deanna Bragg.
